Take a walk through Kirstenbosch Gardens, sweat on the outdoor gym in the Green Point Urban Park or lay out a yoga mat on Signal Hill – there are so many gorgeous spaces to help you enjoy your workout!
Are you looking to lose weight, improve your running or walking pace, generally get fitter or need a training partner to exercise with? I am offering individual or group sessions in any lovely outdoor space tailored to your specific training needs. Sessions can be one-on-one, focusing on your goal, or, if you have a group of friends that would like to train together, we can arrange a group session!
No need for gym membership fees – just competitive session rates or pay a retainer for the month upfront and get a 10% discount on sessions. You can choose the venue or I can take you on a fun and sweaty trip around the Cape!
